We have two lawsuit about voting rights of Montanans.
- We recently won our legal challenge to House Bill 719 which created an unnecessary barrier to absentee voting. You can read more about it in our press release and the court order itself.
- We also continue to challenge the state’s attempt to disenfranchise voters with mental, intellectual, and other cognitive disabled in the case Cypher v. Hofland.
- We also published the report, “The Most Powerful Right,” about the voting rights of Montanans with disabilities.
