Montana ranks last among states for broadband speed availability.

This area of our work centers on ensuring full compliance with accessibility laws, so that every Montanan can participate, voice opinions, and help shape public policy.

Currently, limited internet access, physical barriers, and inadequate accommodations prevent many from engaging in civic life. Disability Rights Montana will use its legal expertise to hold state and local governments accountable, educate decision-makers on their responsibilities, and empower people with disabilities to demand inclusion. By making policies, hearings, and public spaces accessible to everyone, we strengthen the integrity of our democracy.

We invite you to join this effort.
